About RDI

Residential Development, Inc. was incorporated on October 19th, 1992. After 17 years of developing in Minnesota's Twin Cities area, Rick Murray, President and founder of RDI, wanted to take a more personal approach to land development. For the last ten years our company has stayed with this personal approach, making our customers a name and a face, not simply a lot number.

The company is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Rick Murray has developed over 5,500 building sites in his 28 years of development experience. Most of his work has been in the surrounding area of Minneapolis-St. Paul, however he has recently expanded his operations to include Wisconsin, Kansas, Missouri and Florida.
